About the role:
Seeking a unique experienced ADINISTRATION & ACCOUNTING SUPPORT PERSON
The Administration and Accounting Support person will be responsible for helping manage a back end administration duties of the business, a multi-tasking role helping checking everything from checking invoices and run sheets, all the way through to occasionally covering for dispatch as well.

- Maintaining EROAD a transport system
- Checking run sheets
- Checking invoices for discrepancies
- Data entry
- Dispatching functions
- Updating company systems
- Proactive and accurate communication is essential
- Provide cover for other staff when absent
- Customer service experience is a must
- Entering data into systems
- Performs well under pressure
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Ability to balance and meet deadlines
- Customer focused
- Strong administration skills, in Word, Excel, Outlook (Email)
- Results oriented and resilient
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism
