ImpEx Personnel staff have direct experience in both general sales and marketing
The sales person that companies demand today must be more than simply a freight forwarder with some chat. The person must have a very good knowledge of his/her company's strengths and be able to focus purely on this (it is little use taking an inquiry for ocean freight ex France when the firm is primarily involved in trans Tasman cargo). They should be able to present to all levels of management and to develop the sales proposal alone. Most importantly, they must be able to close the sale and assist in installing the client
Marketing has, unfortunately, become a very over-used term. This is not a salesperson, but someone who is capable of assisting a company to position itself within a sector of the trade by developing products and pricing packages, strategies and in-house capabilities that will enable the company to grow
ImpEx Personnel have key staff with hands-on experience in this area, and can make a very valuable partner in assisting with placing the right people with the right companies
