Our primary goal is to provide our clients with ‘long term’ recruitment solutions. A ‘quick fix’ does not form part of the ImpEx Personnel philosophy. To assist in providing longevity in all candidates placed by ImpEx Personnel, we openly measure and review retention statistics and analyse reasons why staff elect to stay or not stay with their employer. This allows us to understand the critical issues and to provide our clients with vital feedback. At ImpEx Personnel we also pride ourselves in offering our candidates genuine employment opportunities where they can maximise their potential, and improve their chances of achieving their career goals.
